The best tool in your cosmetic kit
I've been buying this flat liner brush for years because it is super fine for lining with a wet or powder to wet cake eyeliner. The only problem is...eventually the brush hairs stop being fine and flat. After many uses - I go thru one a year - you have to get a new one. It's a small inconvenience as the brush is so accurate and easy to use.

It’s a dry brush
You are paying $30 for a brush. I did not read thoroughly . Thought I was buying a pencil. It’s a dry brush with no color. Very disappointing.

Much better than your standard eye liner pencil
I purchased this brunch after watching the Laura Mercier “flawless face” tutorial. It does a beautiful job at a more natural looking line than using a liquid liner or pencil.
