Great supplement, not found in my local health store

A friend recommended Saffr-Tone for sleep, because it helped her. In my case, the product doesn't work for sleep...BUT...it does seem to produce a subtle mellow mood. I feel calmer, and with more patience, when taking 2 pills every day. The effect is small, but enough that I notice and appreciate it.

Low dose, full spectrum, standardized extract without excipients — the folks at Paradise Herbs clearly know what they are doing! Although it would be interesting to learn if the company has any future plans of standardizing the crocinal components as they have the saffranal. Otherwise, great product in a tiny capsule that serves as a solid overall adaptogen.

When I was on Cymbalta, I used ONLY ONE capsule at an 8 hr interval from my Rx product.BONUS :: Paradise Herbs uses clean, potent, fast-acting extracts in SMALL BUT OPTIMAL dosages. Many other SAFFRON-based products are packaged at MUCH HIGHER CONCENTRATIONS! I cannot recommend any other SAFFRON-based control product. I bought one in a local "health" store, but got home to discover that the dosage in the other brand was 88mg per capsule v. 15 mg for SAFFR-TONE. Due to SSRI, I rejected the higher dose & took it back for a refund.I am sticking with the BEST.

I use these for my eyes - macular degeneration - 30 mg daily - not for the usual weight loss. My AMD doesn't appear to be worsening but would not recommend this amount for losing weight; I'm not.

They are lighter than normal and looks to have fillers, which I do not want.

This product upset my stomach and there are no returns allowed. DO NOT order supplements, they are not returnable. Support your local health food store, I wish I had.

I was on and off from anti depressants ever since I was around 10 until I decided to quit taking them cold turkey because I hated the side effects. I was always on the lookout for something natural. My mom read in a health magazine how saffron was helpful for depression. I took a chance and it worked! Been taking it for years and I love it. Works great! I eat healthy and I have a regular exercise routine but I needed something else to help me, so happy Amazon sells it.
