Good for commercial use.
Have had a couple of these over the years with very heavy use in a commercial setting. If kept lubricated they work and last great.

Product Failed in less than 10 months of use.
This is suppose to be a professional grade product that came highly rated. The product is designed for cutting foam (my husband is an upholsterer). Previous models have lasted for 35 years of use. This product completely failed after several months of normal use. My husband has searched extensively to find a repair facility and none seems to exist. My husband paid $449. for this item and is completely unhappy with this product. We feel it should be replaced free of charge. No one should invest in this product. Does Amazon have a contact for this company? Any help is appreciated.

Horrible product
I would give it ZERO stars if possible. After only 2 months of use this machine completely stopped working. It simply shut off. We attempted to trouble shoot it with no success. And of course there is only 30 days to return or exchange. So after 60 days you can expect to throw this VERY expensive machine in the trash. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Horrible quality
Used the items twice on very soft foam and the unit started binding and smoking. It basically burned up after a couple uses.No customer service.
