Finally, a heavy duty shelving unit as advertised. This is the fourth shelving unit I’ve purchased and the first one that was actually capable of handling my heavy plaster molds.

Good shelf easy to assemble

I purchased these shelves as a gift. They were very easy to assemble and are really sturdy. In fact we liked them so much we purchased another set!There was one small bracket missing and I contacted customer support. They were very responsive and immediately sent me that small bracket.If you're looking for good sturdy shelves at a reasonable price and great customer service then this is the product you want to purchase.

assembly is very similar to other shelving units except these don't come with any assembly tools. the plastic foot/header caps are a poorer design than others. I bought these because of the wire shelving instead of the stinky MDF. had a heck of a time seating one end of a support without the other end popping out

The package didn't show up. I've order one other that showed exactly when it was supposed to but this one has been lost for 6 weeks. This is completely unacceptable.As for the other one that arrived on time, it works well and is easy to assemble. A hammer or a mallet are the only tools you might need to assemble it.

I came home and found the shelves had been delivered and set on the ground next to the garage entrance. The box was in horrible shape, with two lage holes in it and several other minor rips and tears. I chatted with an Amazon rep who listened carefully to my concern, apologized, and asked me to open the package and check the contents...assuring me that Amazon would refund or replace the racks if there was any damage. I opened the case and to my delight the racks were in perfect condition! The racks and all parts were tightly strapped together in a Styrofoam and foam sheet "cocoon" that completely protected them!Assembly was easy using only a rubber mallet and a 2 step stool. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, and when fully assembled the rack is extremely strong and stable! Of all the shelf units I've bought over the years, these are the strongest and most stable! I readjusted the shelf positions after assembly to accommodate my various size storage bins and loaded it up...it's worked out perfectly!
