This ginger is very tasty and very strong. I really like it. I sometimes chew it and sometimes I put it in my hot tea for added flavor. Sooo good.

My wife says: I love dried ginger, but all I could find locally was crystallized ginger (the kind that's coated with sugar). I don't want that much sugar. These have added sugar, of course, but no where near as bad as the crystallized. This ginger was nice and soft, and moist on the inside, just as it should be. I like to chop it up and mix it into my oatmeal or yogurt, or just to eat a few pieces when my stomach is upset--or even as a sweet-spicy snack. Heavenly

good value for the money, size, sweetness and good flavor!

I’ve bought this product maybe half a dozen times. It had been out of stock for a while. Now it’s back and different. I like that this ginger is uncrystallized. It used to be bigger strips and pieces, now it is mostly smaller pieces and chunks. Most pieces are tasty as ever but now there is the occasional very hard impossible to chew piece. Those have little flavor and bad texture. I found about ten pieces like that in my bag which never happened before. Because of past good experiences I will buy again but hoping this bag was an exception.

I put a chunk in my tea every day. Just sweet enough and a soft treat at the end. Everyone I've shared this with thinks it's wonderful.

Great packaging for storage

I love this ginger. It isn't crystalized so it's not covered in sugar. The flavor is excellent and it is soft and chewy.
