This thing is awesome! And according to all my research this is the best reproduction you can get, the latches on the chin strap are a bit loose but other than that the netting fits perfectly and the camo cover fits perfectly too and it’s a solid helmet. Obviously it’s not bulletproof or anything but for the money and quality it’s excellent

Looks and feels great....very close to the real deal,but a third of the price...... actually made of real metal....and accessories are well made also...a bit heavy to wear for long periods of time....but I quess that's how it was back in the day WW2

Love this helmet! Definitely heavy perfect replica as the original one. I bought it for my dad to replace his hat that he wore to the Vietnam war. It was stolen. He was very happy to wear it to work on Veterans Day & suit up for Halloween!

The liner suspension harness is a bit wonky and not the greatest and the chin strap for the outer shell is a kind of cheap nylon. Seems solid just not as nice as the real ones. I had an authentic liner so I just swapped out the plastic one that comes with it anyway. You can probably make the liner work just be prepared to do some work getting it to fit and function properly. Metal outer shell and cover are great! My cover was a bit big and loose but I snugged it down as best I could, got it soaking wet and let it sit out in the sun and it sucked down nice and tight.
