This is the preferred seasoning for crabs. Used by 75% of the maryland restaurants for crabs. I have been using it since 1975.

Blue crab delight
This stuff is soo good..it has just a tad bite as far as heat goes but not much. Compares to old bay just a ltl hotter maybe ltl salty..nothing better for steamed blue crabs

Best seasoning for steaming crabs & shrimp and various other uses. Many of the places you get crabs from in Maryland use J.O. They may have there own blends made, but they ALL start from this formula!
