Do they help with cellulite?

I heard that cupping does helps cellulite as well Ashley Black Fasciablaster. Cellulite is causes by bad fascia. There are information how to use cupping on cellulite on youtube! Good Luck!

How would you compare this set with Lure Edge in terms of how easy it is to squeeze and create a vacuum?

You can squeeze either the sides or compress from the top on the Edge. It is easy to me. The Edge has excellent suction. The best.

what is the difference between these and the Lure cupping set and the edge cupping therapy set? Not sure what to get.

Thank you for your question. ZEN cups have a thicker contoured lip allowing for a smoother glide. These cupping cups are available in 2 sizes (smaller one is great for knees, arms and abdominal areas), where the larger cups covers a larger area like back and legs. EDGE cups have an ergonomic grip, but have a flat bottom opening and come in a set of 4 cups in varying sizes. Many Lure customers prefer to alternate between EDGE and ZEN cups depending on the treatment area and skin sensitivity. ZEN cups are more user friendly for flash cupping (suction, release and repeat technique). Check out our SCULPT cupping therapy set that offers both small and large ZEN cups + 1 medium EDGE cup. This way you can experience the benefit of all. Happy Cupping!

I live alone but I would love to try cupping and this looks like I need another person to help me, right?

My advice is to go to a healthcare provider first and receive a cupping treatment from a trained practitioner. Make sure it is right for you. Also, cupping is not for everyone, please review the list of contraindications.
