I purchased this set to use on my wife, who has fibromyalgia, primarily for gentle massage, myofascial release, and lymphatic-style work. One thing I appreciate about silicone cups is that the manual squeeze allows for much more control over pressure compared to hard vacuum or heat-based cups. That adjustability makes it easier to tailor pressure to comfort level, which is important for sensitive or tender areas. The cups are straightforward to use and easy to get started with, even without prior cupping experience. This set includes six cups total—two large (2") and four small (1.5")—which provides useful size options for different areas of the body. The silicone material feels durable and easy to clean. I haven’t had a chance to use them extensively yet, but so far they seem like a solid starter kit for anyone interested in basic cupping or massage techniques. Overall: a simple, flexible cupping set that’s easy to use and well-suited for controlled, low-pressure applications.

When I first received these cups, I thought they were way too stiff to use and my hands hurt after trying to use. THEN I searched online and found several Utube videos on how to use. I tried again and lo and behold they work great! Hint - oil is the only lubricant that really works well with these. Lotion doesn't seem to be oily enough. I've used twice now and am very satisfied with them. Another hint: After applying oil to areas to cup, make sure you either wash your hands OR use a tissue or glove to move the cup around - otherwise your hands are way to slippery to move them. First, squeeze the cup together really tight (so lips almost join), press against your skin and let go. Your skin will be sucked into the cup and you can move it around.

I’m sort of new to cupping, I’ve been reading and watching videos about it for about 2 years, I own 2 other sets (fewer cups) and wanted to add to the collection. This Zen set has everything I needed- 2 large cups and 4 small, I really like that material. The silicone is sturdy, yet you can still squeeze with one hand for good suction. It feels like great quality, from the 2 sets I have, one of them feels cheap, it still works, but it’s feels more like plastic than silicone, which it’s not the case with these. For beginners, once you purchase the cups, you can download a cupping guide from the seller’s website; lots of good tips on it. I mainly use cupping for muscle tension and to relax in general, great sleep after it- I make my own oil mix and massage the area then I tend to place some cups on one side of the back, while massaging/sliding the cup on the other side, then switch.

Wow!!! I don’t often get reviews, however, I feel I have to review this item! I suffer from chronic pain and cupping from professionals has helped in the past, I’ll be it it is so expensive! This section cupping is amazing! My husband in my back the other day and it really got to my triggerpoints! Right now I’m doing my calves all by myself! I so, SO HIGHLY recommend this product! I feel it is SO safe yet so therapeutic! And believe me, as a chronic pain suffer, I am not quick to give my recommendation!!! Thank you SO much for this product!!! I was paying over $100/session for fire cupping and this has been equally as effective & FAR more affordable & efficient! The website has videos to help too, if you’re nervous (as I was!!)!!!

I am new to cupping as my PT suggested I use them at home. There are no instructions of suggested video links to use them properly which is why I gave them 3 stars

These cups are much better than the Edge cups. They are much easier to move and give more consistent suction. I use these for my shoulders. I was in a car accident over a decade ago, and my chronic pain had become so severe I began Physical Therapy. One of the therapists, who does soft tissue work for me, did cupping and it helped my pain a lot. She suggested I get some cups and use them on myself at home. I previously ordered the Edge by Lure (orange label, blue cups), but I didn't get very good results with those. However, these are amazing and I'm so glad I ordered these! I do not cup the same area until the marks are completely faded, which usually takes me about 2-3 days at most. If it gets to be too sore while I'm cupping I also reduce the suction for that area. Just do what is comfortable for yourself. It shouldn't be so painful you can't stand it.
