Excellent quality bed, I was sceptical only purchasing as the price seemed too good I was convinced there would be something wrong with the base or the mattress but, I never in my wildest dreams thought the bed would be this good! I brought the king size with 3000 pocket sprung mattress. I've seen other beds like this nearer £600+ . I wouldn't hesitate to buy again, solid bed, sold mattress. Well done Sleep Factory, British made and British quality.

Poor quality bed. Mainly stapled together. Bed surface is made of very thin hardboard which began bowing from day 1. After 10 Months the hardboard has now detached and is badly buckled. The whole frame creaks as you move in it. Lack of support is causing the mattress to become malformed. Don’t waste your money on this one.UPDATEAfter much hassle with the supplier, they eventually sent a replacement base which arrived with a broken foot, loose drawers, protruding staples in the mattress area. After much grief with the supplier including having to resorting to Trading Standards for advice, I received a token partial refund and a replacement foot. I have had to spend a considerable sum of money on reinforcing the under-mattress area with 9mm plywood to strengthen the flimsy base to provide proper support.Please avoid the mistake I made of buying what looks like a lovely bed on the Amazon Web-site but turns out to be a thin hardboard box stapled together on a cheap timber frame. And avoid buying anything from this organisation before you read the 1-star reviews - their customer service is appalling as testified by other customers who have tried to rectify problems.

I contacted customer service on a few occasions, to firstly get some reassurance from the company. As I could not believe the price also because the website mentioned that they were based in Canada. So was a bit concerned, however googling the company address details. I called the number provided and spoke to a gentleman called Adam and a customer service adviser. Who both might I add were very pleasant on the phone and also reassuring, also very patient.As I required the correct measurements for the bed. From Divan base, mattress and including the headboard.Loved by my little boy, very comfy and a very good mattress and a great bed!

This bed is fantastic. I am so pleased I did not get one from Dreams the bed store and pay £650.00.The bed is so comfortable and looks great.There was one bracket missing from the packet so I contacted customer service and they were great, I received the part within 2 days. 10/10 Will use this company again.

Cannot fault this bed. Easy to put together and exactly as described. 2 drawers at side are big enough to hold several items of king size bedding. Delivered within the said delivery window, although Amazon email did differ from the bed company email. 1 phone call to the bed company confirmed exact day. The only slight grumble is the delivery guy wouldn't help to lift the bed / mattress into the house & left it in the front garden. All in all I would recommend this bed. Similar in the shops even the discount shops, cost a lot more.

There's nothing not to like, it was double quick delivery, I was a bit worried about how affordable it was but it is, in all honesty, the best bed I've slept in. its nice to look at and so comfortable I actually look forward to getting into bed at night .I've been using the cool side so far .I'm sure as long as you don't use the drawers for storing bricks they will last, plenty of room for bedding and towels value for money ...

Product specification don't match with delivered bed. Very poor quality and not value for money. Refund request or a resolution of issues. Drawers falling apart, mattress not 3000 pocket sprung mattress but a basic standard, headboard flimsy. Would not recommend only zero star rating. Waiting for Sleeping bed to resolve the issue.

Very poor quality, the mattress arrived ripped & dirty, the bases are very poor quality & flimsy, lack of communication with the company definitely not worth the money! Full refund in the process
