Truelove Soft Front Dog Harness .Reflective No Pull Harness with Handle and 2 Leash Attachments

Comes up a little small - lovely harness - but definitely get a size bigger than you think you need! Still 5 stars though, as it is really lovely!! Very happy with this new harness! Walking on a collar-lead has always been uncomfortable, as our dog gets a bit over-excited about many things, and pulls, hurting her neck generally, whereas we can help and train her in comfort for her, with a harness, which pulls on her shoulders and chest and not her neck. Most harnesses are not stretchy, and so they have to be a bit loose for comfort and so they can run and play, and our old harness had become a little unreliable, in that the catch could easily come loose, and she could slip out - we were worried if that happened near a road, she could get hurt. We'd looked for ages, and picked this one, (partly because who could refuse a brand called "truelove"!!) but mainly because it appears to have a fail-safe attaching mechanism, an extra "close-hold" loop in case cars are near, and reviewers had said it had a little "give" in the material - making it comfortable. We measured our dog-daughter, and she had a 28" chest, so we listened to the reviewers and went for the larger size, rather than the smaller one which can still accommodate 28". Lucky we did - because she is only just in the one we got. She's finished growing, so we are very happy with the one we have - but please DO listen to the reviewer comments about sizing - if in doubt, go up a size, (NOTE TO SELLER - Let customers know if the manufacturer changes their sizing guides, as this does appear to be a consistent message). Plus points: there are many; - COMFY: all parts of the harness are padded, and appear to feel comfortable when on. Also, the underside has a stretch-part, which means it fits her well, but lets her run and play in comfort. I guess over time, this elastic will sag - however the harness will stay safe, still, because of its design-features. Very happy about the stretchiness. - SAFE: your dog puts her head through the front part, meaning that even if the buckle/fastener fails, she will still be "in" the harness safely. - STURDY: Materials used are really nice and appear well-made. We've only had it a week or so, so not sure how long-lived it will be - but it looks made to last. VISIBLE: The material, (a bit like car seat-belt material), has a woven thread in it which is super-reflective, meaning it lights up like a Christmas tree under a torch or headlights, improving safety for your beloved companion. - Innovative: This has clearly been designed by a dog-lover, and someone familiar with how it will be used, because there's a really nice and sturdy grab-handle in case you suddenly want her on a very-close hold, (maybe a car nearby, or a child who's scared of dogs, or something). - Adjustable: All the straps are infinitely adjustable - a little fiddly, but if they were less fiddly, I guess they'd wear loose easily. Drawbacks; honestly I've not seen any yet, other than sizing comes up a little small. We chose a lovely purple one - but the other colours look nice, too.

A great sturdy harness for my Yorkshire Terrier, robust, easy to fit, easy on and off. The colour is a lovely blue, well made. I bought extra small with measurements of 13 - 17 inches. I like the fact you can attach the lead via the back or under his chin on the chest, dependent on the control needed. The reason for the four stars.... The measurements do not correlate with the item, it was at least three inches smaller than stated (I measured the inside of the harness and it measured just over 14 inch), and when your dog is at the upper side of the measurements (14 inch chest) it really is annoying, since he should have easily fit with 3 inch to spare. He most definitely couldn't have gone up a size to the small harness, it would have drowned him. So we managed to move the straps to allow him to fit comfortably into the harness and now it fits good.

Ok so this is not far behind the ruff wear range for half the money !! So great value also i had no trouble with the small being smaller than advertised for instance my Border Terrier is 19 " girth measurment and this fits him with buckets of adjustment to at least 22", i also disagree that its difficult to get over the dogs head , it isn't it can be adjusted , but its best to keep snug as this keeps the dog in and stops them trying to escape / reverse out Terriers are brilliant escape artists, So i would say it's a tad fiddly to adjust , but hey thats a good thing really as you don't want it slipping , its a great harness built to last i believe , it looks good and is really reflective at night , and the bottom tether loop , a metal d ring is ideal to clip a light onto , i use a rear flashing cycle light works great ... Final words ---- this is proof that not every thing out of China is rubbish !!!!

I bought this harness for my 16wk springer spaniel having read the good reviews. It was slightly big for her but fine and functional, she is now 1 and just about ready for the next size. It is well made using a tough material that doesn’t snag. It has coped well with the demands of a spaniel . An unexpected benefit is that because it is padded and tough fabric it has protected my dog from the thorns and barbed wire as she runs through and along the hedges. There is a handle on the back which has been useful if having to lift her over gates or out of trouble or hold on to her if a car is coming. The clip at the front is ingenious, and not present on many of the harnesses on sale. It has stopped my spaniel pulling on the lead and now she naturally walks in a loose lead, if she gets over excited I put her back on the front clip for a while. It is easy to put on, just slip it over her head and clip it in. Great product I’m about to buy my next !

This harness is perfect for our little pup, Nelly. It feels sturdy, durable & of good quality material, yet it’s soft and comfortable. The reflective strips are great for walking in the evenings/dark - can be easily seen from a good distance away. The range of colours are also great. We have gone for the purple one & it looks lovely against her dark fur. Nelly is a small sized puppy, but getting on to be medium sized. She weighs approx 7kg at the mo, but is growing by the second! We chose the medium harness, which fits great when tightened slightly. There is plenty of room for adjustment, so I imagine this harness will fit Nel when she’s fully grown, too. Overall very pleased with this purchase. Well worth the money. Super quick delivery, which is always a bonus! Will be getting one for my mum’s dog, too. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Bought the purple harness (medium) for our Staff-mix foster dog. Didn't want to spend a fortune on something when we are only going to have him for a matter of weeks [until he finds a forever home], but it needed to be sturdy as he's a muscular little bundle of energy. I'm really impressed with this harness. It slips over his head and then under his chest where each side has a clip that slots easily into the back-piece. There's a really sturdy D-ring on top and another at the front (for a trainer lead - not needed in this case). There is some elasticity across the chest piece and it was easily adjusted, and hasn't slipped in the face weeks we've had him. The clips/buckles are quite large, so he doesn't wear it inside - lying down probably wouldn't be that comfortable for him. It's well made, offers plenty of control over stronger dogs and I am very impressed - if we were keeping him I'd buy another one.

The colour of the item is beautiful and the quality really is great, however there is little movement in it as it really is sturdy (a bit too sturdy). I found it was so hard to move that my little 4kg Pomeranian just doesn't get on with wearing it. However, a larger dog may get on with this much better. I was going to return but ended up keeping it as couldn't go to the post office during lockdown. I wanted great quality but this is almost too good that it is uncomfortable for my little one. However, I have no doubt it is secure and the buckles are great quality. if anyone has any specific questions please ask.

Mi pequeña es grande de 33 kg y es mucho más cómodo para ella y para mi sacarla de paseo al tener tanta fuerza. Además, de bello. Espero que les sirva referencia.

No llego en buen estado

Me encanta que los enganches del arnés no quedan en contacto con la piel del perro por lo que es imposible pellizcarlo al cerrar el arnés como me tiene pasado con otros modelos

Fácil de poner, cómodo de ajustar. Por el tamaño de muestra perra no encontrábamos otro arnés con los dos enganches de tu tamaño. Este le está genial. En el caso de mi perra, está aprendiendo a andar mejor con el enganche del pecho. La única pega es que hay que meterle el arnés por la cabeza, en lugar de tener doble enganche que haga que se abra entero

Pedí dos tallas y al final nos quedamos con la M, ya que la otra le iba pequeña. El problema que tiene este collar, es que la parte inferior es demasiado larga, y "se dobla", dejando un hueco hasta el pecho del perro. El perro cuando nota que el collar le estira desde el pecho, dobla la pata y la mete por el hueco, dándole la vuelta al collar... Durante cada paseo tenemos que parar 4 o 5 veces para volvérselo a colocar. He tenido otros collares de este estilo e iban bien, así que supongo que será un fallo de diseño de éste modelo en concreto.
