This is an excellent tool for anyone. I'm 75 and disabled, mostly bedridden, and I can and am using this every day. I can do exercises in bed and even on pretty bad days. I love the chain the best but also use the handle and the strap. But the chain allows me to work my leg and arm muscles while laying in bed which is so important. I absolutely recommend this set to anyone. Even on my worst days I can at least keep my arms moving or just strengthen my hands and fingers. I have it laying in bed next to me so I won't ever forget.After ten years in bed I can't tell you just how important it is for me to have an easy access to fun exercise, to strengthen the leg muscles especially. The muscles become so weak and I tremble when I am up, or just to go to the bathroom. This is helping, I can feel a difference already.

All three pieces are very easy to use and easy to pack and take with you on the plane. Good resistance. Wish there had been more exercise samples in the package.

This was exactly what I wanted. I take a walking class & these bands are the ones they use in the class. I wanted my own bands since sometimes there aren't enough bands to go around.

It's like you don't feel as much resistance on the ring band. it's too stretchy. the rest are ok

I didn't think I'd like the stretchy chain but I like it best.

They felt too stretchy no resistance at all. they do not compliment what the web said about them

It was broken when I received it. Cheaply made. Sent back.

Looked at quite a few similar products, great value for the money. The 3 different products included offer a versatility in resistance levels and a variety of exercises, would definitely buy again if required
