25DOL Purple Clay Tea Mug with Infuser & Lid - 10oz, Retains Heat Well

I LOVE this tea mug. If you're a loose-leaf person, it is ideal. It's well made and beautifully decorated and details, and as long as you only use it for your tea and only wash with water it will last forever. Things to be aware of: (1) Air can build up under the defuser cup with tea blocking the bottom holes, causing it to bubble up to relieve pressure. Avoid hot water burns by pouring slowly. (2) Some of the holes in the defuser mae be partially or completely blocked due to the casting process. These can be opened up with a small drill bit or Dremel routing bit, but be very careful as the material could splinter, crack, and ruin the defuser. (3) DO NOT WASH IN A WASHING MACHINE OR USE HARSH SCCRUBBING WHEN CLEANING. The decorations are not hand painted, and while they are very resilient they can wear away. Wash and rinse with water only. Overall, I love this mug and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good cup.

This cup set has a beautiful design and is carefully made. I would buy from them again.

The mug is beautiful and holds 8 ounces. It is easy to brew a single cup of whole leaf tea. The lid helps to keep heat in, though heat does dissipate quickly.

I was very impressed that the paint work and coating was not done in a cheap manner, the mug is complete art work, and very well constructed.

The cup is beautiful, but the packing is terribly weak. I ordered one and had to ask for a replacement since the cup was damaged, and can not believe the replaced one was also damaged. I assume it is the carrier who damaged the cup during the transit. My wife ordered another cup and there is no damage at all because the packing was way much better..

I've really enjoyed this little cup. It's really pretty & is comfortable to hold. One word of advice though...The holes in the filter for it are a little large & will let a finer tea blend or little tea bits through into the cup itself. I got some size #1 coffee filters for one cup in order to offset this.

Only wish it was bigger.

I bought this to replace a similar one we found at a thrift store a few years ago, which recently got dropped and broke. This is very pretty and I enjoy steeping full-leaf tea in it. There's not a whole lot else to say, really - just a nice steeping mug.
