Bought to replace an old controller that got fried from the battery. Was a pain setting up. Couldn't get the power I used to have, and hooking up a throttle was a nightmare. If building around this probably would be ideal. My build did not like it.

Badass!! It says 3000 watt, but I’ve had it up to 8000 watts! I don’t think you would want to do that continuously, but it certainly is capable! You have to be careful, because this thing has so much power, it will throw you off the bike if you give it too much power. The lcd readout is also really nice. The code to get to the advanced settings is 1919. I limited my current to conserve battery power and make the thing a little less violent. I reduced it from 120 amps to 70, and now it tops out at around 4500 watts. I’ve put a couple hundred miles on it, and it still works perfect. The regenerative braking is also really cool. I hooked it up to a switch on the handlebars. It’s cool watching my battery voltage go up when I use it. It significantly extends your range. Awesome sauce!
