Color:Black Designed to distribute data, voice and video, featuring 4-pair shielded & foiled twisted pair with a 10-Gigabit bandwidth and a true 23AWG performance. Each of the four pairs of the cable has differing precise number of twists per inch to minimize crosstalk between the pairs, foil shielding around each 2 pairs with an outer braided screen allows you to achieve optimal performance while reducing noise interference.

Good cable - be prepared for surprises
Cable is well built and well insulated, each pair is wrapped in foil. It is quite thick and did not fit regular shielded RJ45 plugs. There are also no striped wires. The pairs consist of a solid color and a solid white. I ended up using Sharpies to mark the white wires so that I could keep track of them

Thick, durable and well put together cable!
Great cable, very fast and well put together. Extremely durable when pulling through walls and conduits and stapling to beams, floorboards, etc. This cable is quite thick so keep that in mind when planning your runs. Probably 2-3 times thicker than some of those old cat5e cables, but because it's shielded it's way better for running through a house that's already built and you have limited options for locations to run your network cable. eg next to power lines, gas lines, etc :).

Good Quality cable
The cable is very good quality. The wires are nice solid copper wires, the foil used to wrap the pairs is a nice thick foil. The wire braid weave is not anywhere near as tight and thick as pictured and is actually very loose and sparse, but I think the heavier foil wrapping on the twisted pairs makes up for that. The outer coating is thick as well which is good for longevity but also makes it a little difficult to bend in tight places, but I think if you are buying this type of cable you probably expect that. As a bonus the wooden spindle my cable came on will work as a nice heavy-duty table stand and or chair.

Good heavy-duty cable.
This is serious cable. Each twisted pair is individually shielded with heavy foil and the conductors are solid as advertised. You don't want to make patch cables out of this stuff because it is not very flexible, but for long permanent runs this seems like the just the thing.

Pros: - Cable design is as advertised Cons: ...
Pros:- Cable design is as advertisedCons:- The cable is harder to pull through conduit compared to other cables of the same design. The sheathing seems to generate a higher amount of friction compared to S/FTP CAT6A cables designed by other manufacturers- The sheathing doesn't seem to be as "tight" as that of other manufacturers. This means that it's easier for the sheathing to slip over the inner wires and results in the cable being slightly thicker.

This wire needs open ended connectors that can accommodate the thicker strands insulation
The problem with this cable is that the insulation on the individual strands is to large to fit into a standard Cat-5 or Cat-6 cable connector. You definitely need open ended connectors to thread the strands through to crimp the cable. I am having trouble finding open ended connectors to accommodate the oversized strands insulation so basically the cable is useless to me untill I can locate the open ended connectors for the oversized strands insulation

Heavy duty
Great wire ran 2000 feet of this cable and it was easy to handle. The markings by the foot was nice for multiple runs to one location and for planning on how many were left on the roll. I have yet to terminate the ends but the additional shielding and running after my electrical guy has allowed for optimal separation from power.
