Happy with my replacement unit.
The replacement unit works great (so far) after day 2. It is very quiet. However, the instructions are not clear and does not tell you to hold both up/down buttons to unlock the controls for temperature adjustment. But I am happy with this unit and got great response and help from the Ausranvik customer support staff, via email, in replacing my first unit which was very noisy and couldn’t adjust temperature. Everything seems fine now. The unit is attractive, functional, and quiet. I would recommend it.

The Ausranvik 15" wine fridge is an excellent product.It works very well, is built with excellent quality and the presentation is superb.I will update my comments once the fridge has run for a couple of months.

Dissatisfied with product
The controls did not work at all! Light control panel broken and hanging from ceiling of fridge when it arrived. Didn’t get anywhere calling 800 number in manual. E mailed Amazon to call me which they did immediately. Amazon “made everything right” so very happy with them, but would not order this model again.

Customer service responsive
Unboxed the cooler today. It looked great but there was a dent in the back right corner. Plugged it and and an awful noise. It did not stop until it reached its cooling temperature. As soon as it needed to cool down the noise began again. I sent an email. Received a response within 6 hours. Shipping a new one.

Not what we thought
First off, hubby could not figure out how to put handle on and had to wait for company to respond to our email for instructions on putting handle on. I say, put directions in delivery box. Second, says it fits 32 bottles, well not it they are bottles that are a little larger at the bottom. Third, the wood racks are ok, but steel racks would slide better than what these do. It’s ok, but not what we thought we were getting.

Terrible Manual Customer Service
I like the appearance, cooling. I dislike very poorly worded owners manual, difficulty reaching customer service, and spacing between shelves.

Fit a space in my kitchen where a trash compactor once was. Looks great!
Love the for, stays at the right temp, and flexible storage.

These are poorly manufactured, and the seller’s support is non-existant.
Do not purchase. The unit’s control system is junk, the buttons don’t work, it cooled down the first day but then the temperature ramped back up to room temperature. Trying to contact the manufacturer, they don’t answer the phone and the one time I did manage to talk to them they said they would replace or refund my money within 24h, but didn’t contact me again.
