Q: Can I get cooking instructions for using this pan as an egg poacher? The pan does not come with them.

I did not get instructions but I found them on line. You Just fill the pan with an inch of water then place the egg poacher on the pan. Fill the cups with up to 4 eggs and place the lid on it and keep the water boiling until the desired cooking time of your eggs (about ) five minutes and you are done. I do recommend lightly spaying or wiping the cups with olive oil to ease the eggs from the cups after cooking. I hope this helps.

Q: Can you remove THE poacer from the pan?

Yup, you sure can. The individual cups remove for easy cleaning as well as the metal plate they sit on and then,,,,,, you end up with a neat little fry pan or,,,,, whatever. I think you'll like it.

Q: I need a pan with an absolutely flat bottom, not convex where the oil slides to the sides. Is this pan guaranteed flat?
