How good is customer service if a band breaks? i usually buy kor but these are a better price for me atm.

How do I get a hold of the customer service for SUNPOW? I just tried using the Amazon message center and they were no help. I got a message (probably from a bot) that says, “being the lowest authority of the chat flow I am not able to help you in this case.” They actually sent that same message a few time during the chat.

How are these resistance bands packed? Do they come with a storage bag?

Each resistance comes with a separate PP package, and the storage bag is included

I bought the sunpow set ....... I just need another purple band.......are they sold separate ?

After doing a quick search on Amazon, it appears that SUNPOW offers a set of 5 & a set of 3 bands.

I received my order today and 2 of the 3 packages were missing the green bands. Would like them to be replaced. How?
