Is this product the equivalent to Tendskin?

Do not know what Tendskin is, however, this product is absolutely, 100% effective in controlling razor bumps and dry scalp, for me!

Is this item truly an ointment cream, or a liquid?

It’s a stinky liquid but it definitely cleans my razor bumps up!!

This product burn my skin did anyone have the same problem

Product burn is temporary. Few seconds. The closer you shave the more raw the skin surface. The quick burn us actually a good thing. It is disinfecting the skin to prevent razor bumps. I believe there is alcohol in the product or witch hazel

Can I use this with cotton rounds, instead of cotton balls?

You can if you like. When I tired to use it with a cotton ball weirdly enough I broke out. So now I just use my bare hands.
