So far, pretty good
First impressions. The good: Love the minimalist design, looks good. Fits great, lightweight, I forget it's even on me.The could be better: Wish they would of dropped the 'seconds' on the watch face. It takes up alot of space and who really cares about the seconds when they are looking at the time; maybe could of put the date there instead. And, as other have noted, the screen is on the dim side. Wish the time was displayed brighter.

Fantastic watch
The pictures of the watch face is exactly what the face looks like. Clearly visible, uncluttered and I love the silicone strap. Very secure. Large watch face too. The buttons protrude slightly from the watch, enough to feel them and barely notice them visually. Water resistant as well. Great value for the watch!

Good buy! Doesn't break!
The MAIN reason i wanted to try this watch is because all my previous watches, the wristband would always break. I have so many working watches that i can't use because I can't wear them. This one, after years, still has not broken! Great product for a great price! Instructions will help set up the watch with no problem.

Super cute and comfortable with casual or dressy
I never know what to expect, but this watch is super cute. I wanted something I could work out in and sweat in and then also to be able to wear in the hot months when it's hard to wear a dressy watch in the south. The plastic band is comfortable and the display is large. The set up of time is a little confusing but I kept pressing enough buttons and finally got it set.

A Nightmare to Set, Otherwise Fine
I could've sworn that Armitron was a well-known watch brand, perhaps only even in my youth, but this watch seems to be of the so-cheap-it's-practically-disposable variety you tend to find littering Amazon, especially when it comes to setting it.A suggestion for anyone buying one of these watches: KEEP THE INSTRUCTIONS. There's absolutely nothing intuitive about setting the time or date, the alarm, the various other settings, etc. Aside from the fact that none of the buttons you press for anything make any sort of sense, they've added an additional layer of stress to the act of setting the time and date on this watch in the form of the seconds counter. You see, the seconds counter never stops. You can reset it to zero with the press of a button when you're setting the time, but when you reset it to zero impacts whether it pushes the minutes forward. This is especially maddening because you set the minutes BEFORE you set the hour, and taking too long to reset the seconds so its doesn't push the minutes ahead by one is really frustrating. It wouldn't be so bad if the buttons weren't kind of tricky to press, but I kind of want that to be the case, as I don't want this watch doing anything fancy while I'm wearing it. I really just want it to show the time. It'd be nice if it showed the date all the time, as it's kind of tricky pressing the upper right-hand button to see the date on command.Despite my frustration in setting this watch, I do really like the watch. It's nice and big, and it's easy to read. I'm not a huge fan of how it looks when it lights up, as it basically becomes harder to read if there's any light around whatsoever, but it's fine for when it's really dark out.Recommended as long as you can stomach setting it.

Not white/white
The color White/White is what I ordered and then the invoice says White/Grey.... make sure you understand White/White is only a white band with a grey watch. It is a great watch but sadly I want only white! Please make an all white one!I ordered White (it has the gold rim around the watch face) after Returning the White/White and now White is light blue!!!!The company really needs to adjust their pictures because the pictures and color descriptions do not match!!!

Updated review of My new favorite watch
Update: 5 months later and it is still my favorite watch. The band is flexible, hasn't cracked, and the watch looks great. I don't know if it is waterproof but it did survive the cool wash cycle on my washing machine. I misplaced my watch only to find it in a completed wash load. It was still on the timer I used the evening before and had the correct time when switched. Yeah! If it hadn't survived the wash I would have purchased an new one of the same model.Original Post in July 2023I've used some model of the Timex Ironman watch for 40 years of running/walking. I found that the strap usually broke long before the battery gave out. When my band broke recently I decided to purchase a watch with a rubber band instead of resin to avoid this ongoing issue. I no longer need all the timer options that I got with the Ironman, just a simple stopwatch to time my activities. After researching many watches with the timer feature I decided on this one.Positives for me are: rubber band less likely to break, large numbers, simple timer, backlight, looks so cool! Negatives: so far none. I thought I would not like the larger face but I do, it was just different that what I was used to. I would definitely buy this again and would recommend to a friend who wanted a simple good looking watch with a timer. I do not use it in water so cannot comment on water resistence.

Okay
I bought this for the large face and big numbers and stop watch features. It is good looking and comfortable. I cannot set the time but I am happy with the other features. I will take to a watch shop and see if they can set the time for me. The instructions suck.
