These should have been more sturdyEasy to use but being flexible your pastry cracks when taking out...I miner complaint but needs mentioningThe base is pyrex so no problems there and cooks everything evenly...Not bad but still prefer the solid pyrex pie dishes

Really good and easy to clean. Nothing sticks to the silicon

I've been making quiches in a metal dish with a removable base but it was hard to remove the quiche and pastry stuck to the sides making it almost impossible to clean properly. This is so easy to use, the silicon sides peel off the glass base and it's so easy to wash. The quiche looked loads better than usual too.

Great dish, really easy to remove the food and cleaning is quick and simple.

Haven't used yet but what a genius idea! It's very well made and how great to be able to peel away the silicone from your crust/pastry and have the pie or tart ready to serve on a glass plate.

The dish worked perfectly. Would reccomend. A little too large for me (my fault) I wish I could buy a smaller one.

Bought for sister in law who broke hers. She was over the moon I had bought a new pair as she was lost without her pie dish..

I am really please with this purchase, love that it has a glass plate so when you take the silicon part off the plan stays put on the glass plate and is all ready to be served straight from the plate. I would definitely recommend.
