ESEE are some of the best knives out there
ESEE knives are all top notch. Made in the USA with an unbeatable warranty. I own two ESEE 4's and one 3. They are high on my recommendation list to any one for edc, camping, hiking, ect.

Better knives available for the $$
I have used this blade as an EDC for work and whatever else I happen to be doing. I was hoping for a stronger edge. The hardest I have used this knife is scoring copper wire to strip. There are a few chips (small, just enough to snag) along the edge of the blade at the curve and along the flat. The handle is sturdy and comfy. The coating seems to be holding up much better than I expected. The sheath is of good quality. Clip holds securely on my heavy leather belts, but not so great on my rigging belt. I'm not exactly over the moon with this purchase. It serves it's purpose, but I doubt it will last more than another year or so. I will re-edge the blade and see what happens.

My 10th ESEE 4
I absolutely love the ESEE 4, this handle is perfect if you don’t want to deal with the “maintenance” of the micarta flat scales. These will not absorb moisture. ESEE 4 is my all time favorite knife!

Dull upon arrival but everything I thought it would be
Knife arrived more dull than expected but after a quick 30 min sharpening session, she’s nice and sharp. So far no issues with the edge but I just got it so I can’t say much on it. Looking forward to taking it to the field

Great knife!
Fantastic all-around utility or camp knife. Comfortable to use, sharp as heck, and nice sheath too. It will rust though if you're not careful
