AAGUT 2" Stem Casters, 5/16" x 18 x 1 Swivel Caster No Noise Set of 4

I needed wheels for a pressure-treated pine table that I made. I opted to use these threaded stem casters. They require a 1/2 in. drill bit to place the stems that will receive the 3/8 casters, rather than, say, the more typical swivel plate casters that would use 4 small screws at the corners. Because my table legs are made of soft pine, I was nervous that drilling a swivel plate into the four outside corners might split the wood. I'm happy with my decision, and these casters work well. They roll smoothly and lock in place with a gentle push of your foot.

Perfect replacement wheel for my GMG smoker. The caster bolt is 10mm x 1.50 thread pitch. Had to do some research to find this caster. This is a good caster. Wheel lock works good.

These casters (M8x25mm Stem) fit the IKEA OMAR shelving perfectly and are easy to install. They appear to be sturdy and roll well. They could do with a bit more friction on the wheels though.... it is pretty easy to slide across hardwood floor even when the wheels are locked. Overall, they are functional, appear to be sturdy and are perfect for my use case.

These wheels were just the thing for my swivel high chair. I didn’t want a high profile wheel that was too tall and needed the strength of a wheel soft enough for my wood floors. Also the insert post was small enough to fit in the chair leg. These wheels have a lock; which I didn’t need but have come in handy - I lock one and my whole chair pivots around that leg and I can maneuver at my workbench better. Good product I’m enjoying using.

One of my caster wheels on my craftsman creeper seat started having damaged threads and will no longer thread to the seat after years of using it. I measured the thread pitch and it matches with this product. Installation is straight forward. Wheels feel smooth and sit lower than the original which I actually prefer because the overall height of the seat is a bit taller than the average creeper seat. The only issue I have with these caster wheels would be the locking mechanism, it hits the lower storage plate mounted at the bottom so a spacer/washer is recommended before installing them.

Does the job, quality seems OK.

Very good quality for what we needed them for , also very sturdy !

They do the job on a smooth concrete (not cement) floor. I’m not sure how they would do in a rougher surface but they are working great for me.
