Pretty, but cannot be sized without jewler's tools
If you have small wrists, don't bother purchasing this product unless you're prepared to take it to a jeweler for sizing. there were no instructions on how to use the sizing tool, and we were unable to release the links to size it ourselves. I'm not really interested in spending more on sizing than I did on a cheap product ($15.99).

Clasp is hard to open
So pretty, really dresses up my fitbit for the office. The clasp is a little hard to open so if you have trouble with things like that, this may not be for you. It came with a sizing tool that looked hard to use. I sized mine (it's huge) with a tool I already owned (they are cheap on amazon and easy to use).

I bought both the silver and the black bands. ...
I bought both the silver and the black bands. However, upon delivery the black bands clasp that attaches the band to the fitbit was broken. I was going to send the black band back but missed return date. I work in a hospital and patients see my wrist everyday. I get compliments on it ALL day long. Adjusting band to fit is a bit difficult. Should come with detailed instructions.

Love this band!! I get so many compliments on it whenever I wear it that I just keep it in my purse for a quick change out on the go.

I had to return this Fitbit band because the clasp would barely fit into the hole and when closed it was impossible to open the clasp.
