| Warranty | The remote starters & alarms we offer all carry a limited lifetime warranty through the manufacturer. Physical damage or damage due to improper installation will void the manufacturer's warranty. Within the first year you can contact us for warranty issues. The product must be returned to us at the customer's expense in order for us to perform warranty service. After the first year, warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer. The manufacturer will require a receipt from the original purchase. Product specific warranty information will be included with the product packaging. The product is warranted to the end user, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the provided date of purchase, to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty does not cover abuse, operation in a manner inconsistent with the product's design, or damage resulting from exposure to the elements. Worked well and pretty easy install

Easy to install
This is a fantastic item. Bought it for my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid and it works perfectly. I'm not a car tech person in any way. I don't even change my own oil and this was easy to install. The instructions that are included are flawless. I highly recommend this.

Easy Install
Installation was simple and only took a few minutes on my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. My only complaint is that when the remote start is in-gauged, by default, the climate control air vents are set to blow hi and blow cold air until the engine finally starts after about 4-5 minutes (Hybrid) then finally blows heat until the engine shuts back off again, then back to cold air. Wish there was a way to have the climate controls functional so I can set them to the way I want them to work.

Didn’t work from day one
Never did work as described. I emailed vendor and was told I could pay them more money and they would send a patch for me to load myself. Thanks but no thanks.

Works as specified.
Installed easily on my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE. no issues with turn on the Vehicle’s control to get the car heated and defrosting wind shields. Im expecting in the summer the AC should work fine. Keep in mind that you cant drive off without pressing the break and starting up the car on the model vehicle. My wife loves it.

Dealer ship may have to hook a for scan programmer and install programming for it to work
Works awesome, I only have it four stars for installation because I had to have a dealer hook up a scanner and install the factory settings for remote start

Amazing Product, Amazing Customer Service
Amazing product with one of the easiest installations I’ve ever done. Their customer support was fast and super friendly, willing to do anything to help their customers out. I would totally recommend their products to anyone in the market!

Hard to install
It was very difficult to the harness install in such an awkward location under. After an hour of trying I somehow got it lined up and installed. It has worked flawlessly since then.
