I'm very happy with my purchase of the high oleic safflower oil. The things that were important to me: It's high oleic (better for you than traditional linoleic oil); it's expeller pressed; and it's kosher. If this company made an organic version, I would certainly buy it.

This oil is healthy and has a neutral flavor and aroma. It has a high smoke point perfect for frying. But, it can be used for sweet or savory dishes. I will certainly reorder this affordable, high quality product.

This is a preferred kitchen oil, and the availability of this gallon-size product is ideal. It's very low in both saturated and polyunsaturated fats. It doesn't have an odor, and the smoke-point is fairly high, so it can be used for multiple purposes such as baking or frying. It is an expeller-pressed oil and has natural vitamin E. I've purchased it twice now, and both times it arrived safe and sound.
