Using this on my 5D mark III for JPEG file transfer on my iPad, but its slow - Delay of 10 seconds to transfer
Its good, but its slow,i am using this card on my 5D III to transfer images on to my iPad when i am doing a wedding or portfolio shoot , but the speed us annoying it takes about 10 second to transfer a small JPEG image. if you shoot full JPEG it will take approx 1-2 mins to transfer that large file. if you think of viewing Raw 'Forget it'.The wifi -The range is Utter rubbish , its not even 10 meters . if my iPad goes beyond 10 meters the wifi would be out of coverage area.the most annoying this is if your not hitting the shutter button for more than 1 min time gap the wifi is auto disconnected . i had to keep playing the shutter button coz the card has an auto feature where it tries to power off .only for amateur users this might look n be of fun to use but for professionals we need to look at something like Eye-Fi that gives us speed & range both.Still i would give this card a 3 star because its 16gb - class 10 and wifi at the cost provide it can be used for normal usage.file transfer speed on macbook pro - i transferred 10gb of files while i finished my entire lunch and dessert ... so think about this before you buy !

Could have been cheaper with such specs
Speed is a major issue. Quite a drain on slr's battery. Could have been cheaper with such specs. But as a wifi card, does its job and you can transfer pictures to your phone on the go and post them anywhere.

Otherwise it's a perfect asset to carry
Very fast, does what it's supposed to, the only drawback is its android companion app, which is slightly complicated to get used to. Otherwise it's a perfect asset to carry.

Easy to user, and great for DYI projects if you want to hack it.
Consumer stuff: Very handy for my film scanner, which has crappy display and only SD card slot. I used this card, link it with my phone and watched scanning process almost in real time. I was able to tell if the quality of scan is good/now and whether try to scan picture again with different settings.I have also used with with my dsl while shooting timelapses. The fact that you can delete photos from card is awesome, because you do not have to change the card while making time lapse (but this might need hacking SD card, see below).Drawback: the UI of the app is clunky, and syncing with phone does not work reliably.NERD stuff: card itself is running linux and it is possible to "root" it easily. Which is awesome (if you want to extend functionality) and scary (if someone else want) at the same time. Possibilities are endless. Transcend 16GB Wi-Fi SDHC card
I was looking for a way to remotely wirelessly transfer and email photos from my Canon EOS 600D DSLR camera directly from the camera without the need for any cables or attaching it to a computer with the supplied leads. I thought that a Wi-Fi card was the answer to this problem. Not so. I have no complaints about the delivery service from Amazon which was excellent. I have no complaints about Transcend's technical support department in the UK who were extremely helpful and talked me through a firmware upgrade. I am very disappointed with the card itself which just does not work in my Canon EOS 600D with which it is supposed to be compatible. The camera just does not recognise the SD card and therefore I had to return it for a full refund. I have reverted to a new non-wi-fi SDHC card and that works perfectly well. Not happy with the outcome but at least I gave it a go and all parties were very helpful.

I have a useless lump of plastic now
Camera manufacturer says it was compatible, Transcend says it isn't. App doesn't pick it up. Unable to format as the USB card reader it comes with side-loads the card which hits against my chassis. I have a useless lump of plastic now. if you buy this research what both Transcend AND your camera manufacturer read as well as the WiFi app reviews. If in doubt, DO NOT BUY. There are too many variables that can and will go wrong here.

Like it!
I do like this product and I'm only giving it four stars due a shortfall I had one day when my camera wouldn't write to the card. Found that it was corrupt and needed formatting.BUT...this may have been due to me changing the image rotation of pics whilst they were on the card. I haven't done it since and this card has behaved itself...but you never know! I'll update if it happens again. But I've taken 600 pics since I had the problems, with no problems what so ever.

Transcend16GB WI-FI SDHC Class 10 Memory Card
Does what it's supposed to do. You must use the supplied reader as I found out by losing the password to set the thing up on my IPad. A phone call to Transcend UK sorted the whole thing out. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful when sorting out my problem (I must stress this was my fault not the item). I purchased this to use mainly on holiday when I have no device to download odd photos for email etc. the card can also be used as a standard memory card.
