I bought this for my 7'6" surfboard I took to Indonesia on a recent trip. Although I did not get waves over 6 feet, the leash worked great what I did get to surf and held up really well.

Best leashes. Light, comfortable, durable. The biggest thing for me is the ankle strap. Some leashes have this plastic square that digs into your ankle, but these leashes are designed proper! None of that business digging into you, comfortable and sleek.

I broke my leash today on a chest high wave, not sure how it happened but it broke at the base of the ankle cuff. I surf almost everyday and the leash has been great and it's unfortunate that it broke. However I did use it quite a bit. I purchased the leash less than 6 months ago and its pretty disappointing that it lasted for such a short time. Fortunately, they offer a a 1 year warranty. I emailed them and their customer service was quick to respond, even the founder respond to my emails. They simply asked for a pic or proof of purchase and just like that they mailed me another leash. Based on this level of service, I'm willing to give it another try.

Just as good as the big name brands that pay the pro surfers.

I ordered a black 6ft leash and a green one showed up which isn't a big deal. The major issue is that the leash arrived with yellow residue all over it, which ended up staining my hands and surfboard. I would not get this leash unless you want yellow marks all over your board!

I really like this leash! It has a neat little key pocket hidden in the velcro, and came with a very solid feeling tether that was much needed. I would highly recommend this product to others!
