Delicious!!
I was introduced to this product while in Okinawa for a year. I had the occasion to receive medical care at Seventh Day Adventist hospital and was introduced to an interpreter who translated my Nutristionist visited and further introduced me to this product and a local health food store.It makes a great broth or seasoning for any savory dish. I brought as much as I could back to the states with me and was delighted when after 2 years and down to my last box I found this on Amazon! It is pricier now than when I purchased it at $35.00. But it is much healthier than what you can find in local Asian markets here. You won’t regret it.
