I purchased a set to attach sn amplifier and battery to a custom Bluetooth speaker. The idea was to have them be removeabke in case I wanted to swap components in the future. I was genuinely blown away by how well these held. Sticking to vinyl veneer was basically impossible for other brands, and even high end duct tape couldn't hold them on effectively. The parts would fall off after a short period of time. These pads fit perfectly, and held with a very solid connection. As you can see in the video, it's about as solid as permanent mounting would be.

Initially I used this product as recommended requiring 2 pads per foam panel. I installed 1/2 the wall I was covering in my studio and by morning, everything fell off to the floor. So, I returned the product getting a replacement giving the benefit of the doubt that it was defective. Got a replacement of 120 double sided foam mounting pads, this time to not have to do it all again, I added gorilla glue on top of each pad and left the last 2 rows without using gorilla glue. By morning, the last 2 rows fell off to the floor. I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but I figured it couldn't be the foam that's inferior it has to be the sticky pads. If anyone else has had this problem I hope you join me in reviewing this product, it doesn't work on foam sound proof panels as described and shouldn't be advertised for use with them. I worked for 3 hours the first time only to have to do it all over again, that says something.

These double-sided foam tape squares are surprisingly strong for their size. I’ve used them for hanging small decorations, sticking LED light strips, and a few craft projects, and they’ve held up great. The adhesive sticks firmly to plastic, wood, and metal surfaces without peeling off easily. Each square is the perfect size, not too thick or bulky and since the pack comes with 120 pieces, you get a lot of use for the price. The foam also gives a little cushion, which helps when you’re sticking uneven surfaces together.

It’s kind of weird, some items don’t stick until they fall off 3 times first. Some of the pieces would not hold things up at all but we’re still very sticky and would stick instantly to the wall, just not the object. Some of the pads in the same pack held fabric just fine others didn’t. The same can be said for foam, wood, and cardboard. Despite that, they stick to the wall very well and are difficult to remove. Paint will come off with the pads if you are not careful. Walmart has a 3M product marketed for hanging posters. That same product does very very well and is easy to remove after. It’s more expensive than the item I reviewed but far superior and more consistent product. Nothing I’ve hung with those (fabric, foam, poster) has fallen yet. I have not tried wood on the Walmart ones

Well, I give them credit. They stuck well to my wall when trying out sound panels. That being said, took about 5 per panel to stick. Then after few years (and a few hot summers), they became one with the wall. Would suggest a flat piece of metal to remove them from the wall, and maybe some new paint.

These foam pads worked better than I expected. I used them for a mix of classroom projects and small home fixes, and the adhesive is surprisingly strong once it sets. They’re easy to cut, easy to apply, and you get a lot for the price. Just make sure the surface is clean and flat. For crafts, décor, and light mounting, these have been super reliable. Great value for 180 pieces.

The product itself is package very conveniently and is easy to remove and it doesn’t leave any residue which is really great however the adhesive is really bad it doesn’t stick or adhere to what you need it to. I used it to help hold up a power strip with cables and I do understand that cables are heavy however are I used 10 of them thinking OK that’s gonna be enough but no it was not. Didn’t even hold for a few seconds. I had to use a nail to hold it up. So I can excuse it a little maybe it’s just that the cables are too heavy I do understand that, however I did use it for a hook to hang up towels and it still didn’t stay on my door with the hook, i used it to help some thick cables in palace horizontally, did it stay??? NOPE. It’s really disappointing that it didn’t work because like I said the squares itself they’re easy to cut, and it’s easy to take off the little papers and when you take it off of things it doesn’t leave residue and even though it feels really sticky like it’s gonna work it doesn’t which is upsetting but I guess maybe it will work on other things? Not sure what, I understand that it might be used with other materials with other projects and it might work perfectly however it shouldn’t be advertised to work like it’s gonna hold up things really strongly

These tapes are pretty good. they stick well, they are high quality, and they stick good to most surface. Now i have seen a lot of negative reviews on this but that is mainly because they dont know what it is truly meant for. this double sided adhesive tape is for solid smooth surface like plastic or some other solid material. These Do Not Work On Foam Panels!! they’re a pretty easy to stick em on plastic and i don't know about removing them but most of the time with these adhesive you have to loosen em up by wiggling them or using a blowdryer. so i’d say they’re pretty easy to remove. these are also sold at a good price which is pretty good in my opinion. 9/10 product, i would recommend this to someone who wants a strong double sided adhesive tape for plastic or walls. If your goal is to find the strongest double sided adhesive this is it. It likely damages walls but I personally dont mind that as long as they stick well
