Excellent for Thrips
I am experienced enough to know that I should never bring new plants in amongst my established plants until after I have quarantined them. I forgot that rule a few months ago and brought home several rosebushes from Sam's that were infected with thrips. The thrips spread to all of my other roses. I fought for weeks spraying regular first with Pyrethrin, and then with insecticidal soap. Using those every 5 days for a couple of months did not get rid of the thrips, but they hurt my roses. Finally, I tried the Dead Bug Brew with spinosad which I had hoped to avoid because bugs can and do develop resistance to it if you use it too often. NEVER use this more than 6 times in any growing season from Spring all the way through to Winter. Anyway, I used this twice. The first time I did it correctly, and immediately after I sprayed the roses, it rained like mad. So much for that treatment. Once the rain moved out of the area, I sprayed again, but this time I used less of the Brew than I was supposed to use. I only used 50% of the recommended amount. I figured I wasted another treatment. However, to my surprise, after the second application, the thrips were gone! In future, I will use Dead Bug Brew over Pyrethrin and insecticidal soap. I should mention I have used Neem Oil in the past, but I will never use it again. It comes with too many problems. It can seriously damage your plants in sunlight. Plus, it really smells awful. I do not recommend it. I doubt my rosebushes will return to full vigour until next Spring/Summer. The Pyrethin and insecticidal soap treatments for two months were just too harsh on them. Wish I had used Dead Bug Brew first.

Great for Bag Worms
I had Bag Worms on about 20 Arborvitae trees that were about 7 foot tall. Luckily we caught it at the early stages and the had only damaged a small area of one of the trees. I hand picked all of the larger pods but there were too many of the smaller ones to pull the all. I ordered a 32 oz bottles of Captain Jack’s Deadbug Brew and treated all of the trees and within a week all of the feeding bag worms that I left on the trees were dead. I ordered two more bottles to retreat in about 10 days. I used a Ortho hose end sprayer to apply the product and was amazed on how good it worked. I highly recommend Captain Jack’s Deadbug Brew.

Works, with no harm to plants!
Stopped the mite problem I had without harming the plant whatsoever. and prevented other bugs, insects, worms, ants, even catapillers. Doesn't seem to have any effect on grasshoppers, moths, certain spiders though.

Good for Cucumber beetles
Got rid of my cucumber beetles after a few days. These a good number of YouTube videos on how to mix up a clay spray. That worked really well. Lost one star because of the possible harm to bees and other pollinators. Otherwise a good insecticide in my experience.

Works very well
Wow,this really kills the bugs. I sprayed my yard and bushes for chiggers (spider mites) and applied 2xs, 3 days apart. Worked very well but I noticed fewer pollinators this year in the garden so I will use it more sparingly & only on the worst insect problems like chiggers & ticks.

My Go-To for Controlling Garden Pests
I absolutely love this product. It’s become my go-to treatment for dealing with pests on my plants, and it’s consistently given me great results, when used with a 360 sprayer! It’s easy to apply, and after using it as directed, I noticed a significant improvement in my plants with fewer pest problems. It’s been an important part of keeping my indoor garden healthy.

Works great on leaf miners.
I noticed leaf miners on on an semi-dwarf orange tree and a crepe myrtle. One application of the Deadbug Brew was enough to completely resolve the problem. Eight days later new leaves are 100% clean. Fortunately it was detected early.

This stuff WORKS.
I thought my plants were doomed! Thrips were spreading to every plant in my garden, but the onions! There was no way I was going to chop and trash that many so I bought Deadbug Brew. It took a few weeks and several applications, but all the new leaves look thrip free! Its now been 6 weeks since new healthy leaves started growing and I'd say 90-95% of my plants look free of it. Pic of my poor Marigolds pre-spray.
