A good sheath that unfortunately did not fill the bill for me
I had purchased this as a replacement sheath for the Cold Steel SRK. I had even asked "Rufus" and was told it would be fine. Unfortunately, it is not. This is a fine sheath, which is why I gave it five stars, but it WILL NOT FIT THE SRK. I switched this with another sheath which did manage to (just) fit the SRK (it's a matter of the thickness of the guard and handle), so it wasn't a waste, but please, take note, this is NOT satisfactory for the SRK.

Broken in a week
This sheath is decent but after only about a week of use, the belt strap came off. The picture shows rivets thru them but mine didn’t have them. Boo. (check photo, you can see there isn’t a rivet hole) So, I just ordered a $5 metal clip, drilled a couple of holes (yes, I used a drill bit) and attached it. It’s solid now and 100% functional. You’ll probably have to do this as well, so take it into consideration. Would I buy this again? No.

Well made.
This is a well made sheath. Looks like top grain leather. The belt loop is greatly lacking. I put a dangler on it. It fit my buck bushcraft knife well.

Fits Greene river Hunter
Can confirm, fits a Greene River hunter well. Mine is a custom handled hunter from Crazy Crow. Pleasantly surprised with fit for a sheath that's not made for an exact model of knife. And the quality is outstanding!
