I am 74 and have tried several similar supplements, including other versions of phosphatidylserine. Not sure about memory (how would I know if I don't remember?), but seems to help mental clarity. I'm on my second bottle. The power of "suggestion" usually wears off on me after one bottle and so it's possible these might actually be helpful. Your results may differ.

I ALWAYS HAD PROBLEMS WITH QUICK RECALL OF FACTS. I STARTED TAKING THESE AND A FEW MONTHS LATER I SEEM TO RECALL THINGS ALOT QUICKER. JEOPARDY IS WHAT I USE AS A REFERENCE. USUALLY I AM TOO SLOW TO RECALL THE ANSWERS. NOW I RECALL FASTER. MY WIFE EVEN NOTICES THIS TOO. SHE MADE A COMMENT HOW DID I KNOW THAT. I TOLD HER I KNOW ALOT OF THE ANSWERS BUT CAN'T RECALL THEM TILL AFTER THE PLAYERS GIVE THE ANSWERS. ITS ALL NATURAL SO IT REALLY CAN'T HURT I GUESS.

A beautiful bottle and it seemed to have the right number of capsules. But I think more that a week is needed to judge the effectiveness.
