Space-Saving and Effective!
These strong wedges are comfortable in my shoes and don't take up any space at all. They are adjustable to 2, 3, and 4 degrees. They are strong and support my feet from over-pronating.

Do your research
Reading online advice,,,I gave these a try. I couldn't get any improvement with ankle discomfort. I ended up going for a Professional Bike Fitting which helped, but still not 100%. Fitter just used Wedges in front of shoe.

The One Small Golden Addition You May Not Even Know Exists
Well designed product. The wedges nest inside one another to provide a custom biomechanical adjustment on foot position as desired. Most folks have leg and/or foot imbalances and simply do not know it (bow leggedness, leg length issues, knock knees- look at how the bottom of your regular shoes wear out). These imbalances can lead to knee and or foot pain. They can limit effective force transmission to the pedals. Me, I have IT band issues. It can take some experimenting to get the right angle, but once you get it you are golden. I have 5 pair, one pair for each of my bike shoe pairs ! I use clear gorilla tape to fix mine in place under the insole. This is a highly useful product to improve your foot angle for injury prevention and/or performance enhancement. I have found success with the product, just a little patience using trial and error plus YouTube and the web.

A bit pricey...
The ITS H Wedges come in pack of 2 wedges (1 pair). Each wedge consists of 3 pieces so that you can start with the narrowest wedge and add more "tilt" if need be. You must use a small piece of tape or some type of adhesive on the bottom of the wedge to keep it in place in your shoe. My husband and I both use these in our cycling shoes and I do think that they make a difference. However, they may not be for everyone and you should read up on the use of wedges and how to determine what you may need before purchasing. I knocked off 1 star just because they are a bit on the pricey side.

Helpful for heel alignment
Good quality, stack well and take up little space in my shoes. I use a full stack taped down on the medial area of each of my 3 sets of shoes to address rear foot valgus and they really improved my alignment. If not for the price, 5 stars.
