This is a very big and heavy machine so make sure you have space for it Lots of power in it and the elasticity bands are good to help work out I got this to help with my parents blood circulation problem as well as to help shake off my few extra pounds My father is able to sit on it and it helps his blood circulation the remote is great feature to help stop it quickly Also another point is you can pair up mobile music if you want to help you through the workout. All round good heavy duty machine

Thoroughly enjoying my new toy, too soon to give a full review.. but it seems like a well made product and hoping I get good results! But loving the features so far!

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. She has hypermobility and suffers pain in all joints. A support group recommended this for building up core strength, with several people claiming good results. I bought the 4D for £289 in a sale, which I felt was reasonable for the top model, but the regular price would have been too prohibitive. It's a lot bigger and heavier than I expected, but then that makes it all the more impressive. I have nothing to compare it with so don't know if this is normal for this kind of device. For what it's doing mechanically you can imagine it would rattle itself apart, but it's very sturdy and quiet in operation. My wife has been using it for a week since Christmas and says it feels like it's doing something but can't say what just yet. Obviously more experience will determine how effective it will be.

Excellent piece if equipment! I have a neurological disorder that renders one leg very weak. This vibration plate offers a whole new array of brilliant workout on a multi-dimentional level. We had the original vibrio power from ideal world, past it’s best started knocking, so got this one for the wife who used it daily, and said it’s 10 times better than the other one, this has 3 motors on it the other only one, time will tell if it lasts years, but 3 months in going strong

I bought this to help with my ruined back, planters fascitiis and general core strength. it arrived quickly, was easy to set up and the communications from the seller are prompt and helpful. It might be spendy but even after using it for a short time, I'm seeing an improvement in my back and foot.

I’d only had the machine 2 years when it started making horrible crunching noises. I spoke directly with Bluefin and asked them about having the machine repaired but they informed me they don’t do repairs. £300 plus wasted on this useless piece of kit.

I previously owned the Slim BlueFin plate (the one that's around £139 on here) and I loved it other than the fact my unit had was really loud. After returning it I decided to spend more money on this (I paid £389) and so here are my thoughts. This model has 60 levels compared to the Bluefin Ultraslim's 180. It has 3 programs compared to the Ultraslim's 5. It's much bigger and much quieter than the Ultraslim. I can imagine you'd be fine using this in a flat. The machine comes with a nice thick fitness mat as well. It's very steady. My Ultraslim would vibrate around the floor if I stood off it when using Program 5. This is so solid that it stays in place. The watch remote is cool, you slap it against your wrist and it snaps around automatically. Bit annoying that if you want to go to level 60, you have to press the + button 60 times.....same as the other model, you have to press it 180 times if you want the top speed. Surely there should just be a 'max' button? Honestly, I'm disappointed. The Ultraslim REALLY shakes you and the levels get really intense, especially if you're doing a plank or push ups, your head will be shaking everywhere. This model just doesn't have the oomph to make me feel like I'm achieving much. It's a very gentle vibration, even on level 60 and you only really feel the side to side movement. Would I recommend it? No. If you're new to vibration plates, just get the Ultraslim and use Program 1 and 2. They're both very gentle and you can grow with the machine. I'm returning mine as I couldn't get my phone to connect to the bluetooth speakers and even though it is now £100 cheaper than when I bought it, I won't be ordering it at the lower price as it's honestly not better than the Ultraslim model due to the lack of power in the vibrations. You should also be aware that this is a big heavy machine and not something an elderly person will be able to pick up and move about easily. I'll be going back to the UltraSlim. Après mes premiers test : on sent vraiment que les muscles ont travaillés et que la circulation sanguine est boosté (picotement dans les jambes.) L'appareil est silencieux et les cycles d'entrainement sont de 10 min. Si vous dépassez le poids maximum conseillé, l'appareil peut tout de même être utilisé hormis en position debout (pour réduire la pression sur la plaque assis, en appui partiel du corps) Charge max 150kg. 3) Inconvénients : Notice très limité en information, Poster en allemand, explication manquante pour la mise en route de la montre. Appareil de plus de 20kg, pas de poignées ni de roulettes. Si vous aussi vous n'avez pas compris pourquoi la montre ne fonctionne pas : Un cache plastique est mis dans le boitier pour bloquer l'alimentation de la pile CR2032. Le boitier de commande doit être retiré de son enveloppe en caoutchouc, vous accéderez à la trappe de la pile au verso, retirer le cache plastique sous la pile, remettez celle ci dans son logement, refermez tout et hop ça marche. Je mettrais à jour ce commentaire après 1 mois d'utilisation pour voir l'évolution physique ou non apportée par l'appareil.

It works well but this product doesn't look new, it looks used. Lots of scratches and one scratch as if it was cleaned with an abrasive sponge. Disappointed! but I paid for a new one...

Good performance

The Bluefin Fitness Vibration plate is powerful and really revs up your circulation through your feet all the way up to your head. You can feel the effects immediately and it cycles you through different vibratory effects. The mini remote is simple to use and enables you to choose between various programmed modes or manual modes which allows you you to tweak the vibratory speed. All your digital readings including timer, progression bar and modes are easy to see on the screen that is embedded in the vibration plate. The faster the speed the more powerfully rhythmic the vibration. The 4D vibration plate is not noisy and it is very sturdy and appropriately heavy. I feel invigorated after I use it and it is especially beneficial for me as I am behind a computer much of my work day. I notice my leg and lower back muscles don't feel as stiff throughout the remainder of the day or night after using it. Transacting with BlueFin as been a pleasant and professional experience. I originally had the the 3D vibration platform version but it had a bit of a squeal at one particular setting I used frequently. I inquired about exchanging and upgrading to the 4D unit that has 3 motors instead of 2 motors as in the 3D unit. No problem getting the upgraded replacement. I paid the higher cost for the 4D vibration plate that was on sale and was fully credited back for the 3D unit once it was returned. BlueFin paid for the return shipment. Being an Amazon prime member I got the 4D unit 2-day shipped at no additional cost. I did not get additionally purchase discounted by BlueFin for this 4D vibration plate write up. I rarely do write ups on Amazon but the provider more than earned it on this particular transaction.

Benutze die Bluefin jetzt seit einer Woche, und muss sagen, es fühlt sich nicht nur gut an, es macht auch richtig Spaß. Doch Step by Step erstmal zur Haptik, Qualität etc. Die Platte kam in einem großen Karton, der ganz schön ramponiert war, was der Platte aber nicht geschadet hat. Sie fühlt sich sehr wertig an, und scheint mit sehr starken und hochwertigen Motoren bestückt zu sein, denn sie schnurrt auch bei hoher Einstellung extrem leise. Auch von meinen 95 kg lässt sie sich nicht beeindrucken. Die mitgelieferte Fernbedienung war sofort einsatzfähig. Auf meinem Arm drücken die Enden in die Haut, deswegen lege ich sie immer nebenbei. Ich vermute, dass sie an schmaleren oder breiteren Handgelenken besser sitzt. Das Touchdisplay lässt sich sehr gut bedienen und ablesen. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Wenn man nicht aufpasst, setzt man ich schon mal aufs Display und schaltet das laufende Programm mit irgendwelchen Körperteilen aus. Das geschieht ab und zu, wenn man sich zu weit nach hinten setzt, Abhilfe: Matte drauf, dann passiert es nicht mehr. Ist sowieso angenehmer. Die Lichter an der Seite sehen cool aus, sind aber nicht unbedingt nötig. Auf alle Fälle steht man auf der riesigen Standfläche gut und merkt den krassen Unterschied je weiter man nach außen tritt. Auch der Schalter auf der Rückseite und das Display wirken sehr wertig. Die Platte kippt auch nicht bei Dips, wenn man sich am Rand abstützt. Doch jetzt zur Funktionalität: die 4D lässt sich sowohl optisch als auch funktionell mit der 4D von Sportstech vergleichen, ABER und das ist echt ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal: Bei der Bluefin lassen sich aufgrund der drei Motoren horizontale und wipp Vibrationen getrennt voneinander ansteuern. Das bedeutet, es gibt 7 manuelle Modi! Modus 1: Vertikale wippende Vibrationen, Level 1-60 einstellbar Modus 2: Mikrovibrationen, Level 1-60 einstellbar, das entspricht dem ersten Modus der Sportstechplatte Modus 3: Horizontale Vibrationen (gut fürs Stabilisierungs- und Gleichgewichtstraining), Level 1-60 einstellbar Modus 4: Vertikale - und Mikrovibrationen zusammen, auch hier Level 1-60 einstellbar Modus 5: Horizontale - und Mikrivibrationen zusammen, auch hier Level 1-60 einstellbar Modus 6: Vertikale - und horizontale Vibrationen zusammen. Das eintspricht dem zweiten Modus der Sportstech 4D, wieder Level 1-60 Modus 7: Alles zusammen, Level 1-60, dritter Modus der Sportstech In allen Programmen lässt sich die Länge von einer bis zehn Minuten im Minutentakt wählen. Dann gibt es noch drei automatisch ablaufende Programme. Mehr Flexibilität bietet keine andere Platte. Das ist echt cool, und es macht viel Spaß alles auszuprobieren. Trotz der gebogenen Standplatte lässt sich die Plate locker unter unserem Bett verstauen. Die Lautsprecher hören sich zwar klar, aber natürlich vollkommen bassarm an. Aber zur Not, warum nicht? Ich gebe der Platte eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Hier wurde wirklich alles richtig gemacht.
