All Urbani Truffle sauces are perfect to use to pull together a quick pasta dinner! I have bought all the different Truffle sauces from them and will continue to....makes a great pasta dish. To change it up a bit you can add a large can of chopped san maranzo tomatoes to it and/or a can or two of 1/4 cut artichoke hearts drained (plain progresso) for a change.

We got a few cans as a gift and have since bought more and used them on different pastas, pizzas and rice dishes. An easy way to make an amazing dish. We will always keep a few cans on hand.

My son is on the autism spectrum and gets totally obsessed with random things. Near his eleventh birthday last month,his obsession just happened to be truffles. I ordered this can for his birthday. And while he was super impressed, I'd like to being it to your attention that this is not a standard sized can. Quite a bit smaller than I expected. And it's a mash of truffles and artichokes, not one piece of truffle, just a pate like mixture. Didn't taste bad at all, but we will save ordering this for special occasions.

I love all of their truffle products and add them to risotto, pasta, or as a sauce over pork, beef, veal or chicken. Easy to add to a cream sauce.
