Q: What size circle paper is needed in order to replace what is consumed?

I used a plate cover to mark out a circle then cut 5 or 8 circle at one time. I typically get 1 cut out per 11x 8 inch piece of paper.

Q: Can I just buy more paper from you?

I'm sorry, no. Ionly sell the toy, not the extra paper.

Q: can it be used on a regular size paper?

Hi and thanks for your question. It will not work with regular sized paper. We recommend using the paper it comes with. If you run out, you can print out the paper we have on our website at https://www.thinkfun.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Hypno-1610-Template01.pdf, and cut out the circles.
