Use a Blender
Love this stuff, quality ingredients, smooth, smells good and tastes amazing. This does not mix well in a shaker, use a blender for best results. Good size for the price, less expensive than a lot of whey products

Cons Taste-sup par at best Dissolvability-not great, it’s always chunky and constantly stuck in top of shaker lid: Pros Muscle building-actually have been seeing results from taking it. Take away- if you can get paste the chunks and taste then the overall product is well worth it. Will definitely be sticking with this product. I’ve tried many different proteins something about this one just feels right.

Outstanding
This flavor is delicious, the only downside is it doesn't mix super well, but it's worth it. No bloating or horrible has like whey. While some low IQ people think because it has to have 4 simple ingredients to be "clean". The added processing is what makes this a complete protein.

Chocolate peanut butter mix
I mix two scoops in a shaker bottle with whole milk the night before I want to drink it. The chunks dissolve and tastes great. Great way to get 46 grams.

Now I wouldn't say it tastes good, but it definitely does not taste bad. Happy to find a whey alternative, 10/10 would drink again.
