Perfect for cleaning a Vintage Art Print
I needed something to remove dirt & marks from a vintage art print without damaging anything. It did a great job & I highly recommend.

Great Tool for Quick, Safe Dust Jacket Cleaning.
Whenever I buy a used book, I pull this out, tap it on the cover or dust jacket and skate it over the surface using very light pressure. And Presto. It removes all of the surface dirt/smudging without removing any color or having negative effects on the paper.It's really just a pourus cotton pad that contain very small particles of some variation of Staedtler Mars Plastic Eraser -- the soft white gummy type -- and allows them to be drawn across the paper evenly and consistently. Could you do this with a Staedtler cheaper? Absolutely. But this allows a greater degree of speed. It's for touch-ups.Note: the book needs to be wiped witha cloth after use to remove any residual particles. No big deal.You'll still need a Staedtler white eraser to remove marks, but for a quick cleaning, this is a very handy tool.

Not a bad product- but has it's limitations
I'm using these pads to clean antique postcards and they do help! However, this product is not going to make paper that's badly soiled look new again. Realistically, I'd say to expect a 35 - 40% improvement with multiple applications. Not bad for the price, but don't expect a miracle.Hope this review was helpful.

Messy, but it works wonders
I used it to help remove mold and soot from books damaged by a fire. Works were well. A bit messy, but works well!

Perfect brush for paper cleaning and crumb wiping.
Great stuff for cleaning paper and stray, partially erased marks. You can use it for drawings, architecture, book cleaning, and any type of paper that is not as white and bright as it should be. All you do is toss this bag onto your paper source, rub the small ingredients around on the paper (I use my fingers for this) and brush it off with a stiff, supple brush. (I use a drafting horsehair brush like Horse Hair Drafting & Dust Brush.A fast method for dry cleaning paper and a good tool for draftsmen and hobbyists.

Easy to use and Works!
Used this for cleaning a paper clock face and really like that the powder is already in the pad.
