My game came in all brand new would really recommend this one I ordered all 4 including combat anniversary and I'm without a doubt that I have the collection now for Xbox360 best game ever!!!

Don't buy used games on Amazon
The game had a large scuff around the outer edge. It won't play or download to the console after a certain point
