Rucksack straps
Don't know if it actually improves your posture, it does restrict movement. I am a bit of a 'sloucher' and have occasional back issues but I don't feel like I'm stood much differently whilst wearing this.It's basically just the straps off a rucksack. Can be difficult to get off and I've tweaked the tendons in my neck / shoulder whilst removing a couple of times.

reasonably comfortable aid
it is not the easiest to put on but when it is set in the right place its reasonably comfortable and it has eased my stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I recommend following the instructions to gradually build up the length of time as it is a bit uncomfortable to start but as the days pass I have become used to wearing it and don't feel too restricted in my movement.

It appears to work but I find it very uncomfortable to wear. Difficult to get in the correct position. It will help if you persist.

Straps twist on tightening
Good product that comes with a resistance band and a thank you card. I find that it takes someone to ensure the stamps lay flat across my back then when I tighten the stars the padding rolls up so I’m left with rough straps coursing discomfort. Adjusting the padding is difficult once the straps are pulled tight.Some times one satrap will twist in the buckle making it difficult to undo or tighten or resolve the issue

Would not reccomend
It is very uncomfortable under the arms as the straps are very cheap quality, they frequently twist and fold when ever you move about. The padding does little in alleviating this, the adjustability of the support is insufficient as it is rather restricted with only a short velcro strap to length or shorten the back, which really doesn't make much difference as you can't adjust it very far anyway, and the two pull straps at the front, again not a big difference especially if you have a smaller frame.The only positive was the delivery was quick and it was properly packaged.

Sorts your Posture out quickly
Only had it a few days and can tell the difference.Ordered one for my daughter too.Its a bit of a faff at first to fit but really good for the price
