Good quality batteries. A quality brand I rely on now where other tend to leak or otherwise fail. If I were being picky, it'd be with the new "easy open" packaging, which I'm querying given that the attached photos represent my attempts at getting into the so-called easy open packaging. Frankly, it's anything but!

It amazed me how many remote controls you need just to watch something on the TV. There is the one for the TV itself, there is the one for the sound bar, there is the one for the Sky dish / Freeview box (I'm a cheapskate and refuse to pay for Sky so have Freeview), there is that one for the Amazon Firestick and there is the one for the DVD player (anyone under the age of 25, please ask a parent / grandparent). Well, the other week, the remote for the remote of my TV stopped working. No matter how hard I pushed the button or how close I got to the actual TV set, it would not work. Luckily, I have a degree in Electronic Engineering (Leeds Poly 1989) and so had the solution to the problem. I took the batteries out of the Freeview remote so I could turn on the TV set. I then took them out of the TV remote and put them back in the Freeview remote so I could select the right channel (E4 if you must know). I had to put them back into the TV remote so I could turn it off after I had watched Robot Chicken before I could turn off the TV set. This was all quite exhausting and annoying. Like many people I have a "junk drawer" of useful handy items such as screw drivers, fuses, masking tape, allen keys and batteries so why, I hear you ask, did you not go to your junk drawer and get a spare battery. Well, batteries are delicate little things and if you leave them in a drawer with other metal items they can easily get shorted out (technical term) and that stops them from working. Firing up Amazon and selecting a party pack of these 24 AAA batteries was easy. They arrived the next day and worked straightaway. I only needed two and have a further 22 left over. I put these in my "junk drawer" so I am prepared for the next time.

Le preferisco alle sottomarche perché hanno una curva di scarica molto costante: il dispositivo non "muore" all'improvviso, ma avvisa con un calo graduale. ✅ PRO: • Anti-Perdite: A differenza delle batterie economiche, queste non "fanno l'acido" (corrosione) se dimenticate nel dispositivo per mesi. Fondamentale per proteggere l'elettronica costosa. • Scadenza Lunga: Il pacco scorta ha una data di scadenza molto lontana (spesso 10 anni), quindi si possono tenere in cassetto senza pensieri. • Versatilità: Perfette sia per dispositivi a basso consumo (telecomandi, orologi a muro) che per quelli più esigenti (macchinine RC, controller Xbox). ❌ CONTRO: • Prezzo: Leggermente più care delle "Amazon Basics", ma la protezione contro le fuoriuscite di liquido vale la differenza. Verdetto: Se volete stare tranquilli e non rischiare di rovinare i vostri apparecchi, queste sono le batterie da scegliere.

I expected much more than what they delivered. I used them in stair lights, they worked for 2 weeks. Besides, the packaging says: not for sale.
