Chose these for my husband's 2012 Respironics System One REMstar Auto, DOM. He does not use it for apnea, he uses his machine for snoring. We recently removed the "foam" out of the inside of the machine and the machine still works great. I didn't realize his machine was supposed to have these filters on the inflow area. Easy to install. Easy to change. No regrets.
