Took about a month to get to me, as the first shipment got overlooked. Person responding to my inquiry was exceptionally nice, however when I got the product I found that the image was only a sticker and started peeling off without even washing it. Not sure if I missed something in the description as to whether it was a sticker or not, but since this was supposed to be a christmas gift I was definitely bummed out as to the quality and that I didn't receive it until the 2nd week of January..
