This is a great product with so much nutrients. I used to make beetroot drinks from fresh. Now I make my drinks from powder which save a lot of time. It is soluble. The taste remains the same. I normally drink with cocoa powder and almond milk before workout. I feel great and beetroot helps to improve my blood flow and inflammation.

Delivery was great and the taste is pleasant. It dissolves pretty well. But, it's too soon to speak about it's benefits. I'll update it in a few weeks. Thanks

Came back to buy this because I used to in the past. I was a big KOS lover and still recommend to others. Ouch not anymore. It is amazing but I am sticker shocked. I cannot believe that a brand I used to splurge on has gone up 40 -50% in price. Just wow. Three stars for the product itself but unfortunately will not be going back to Kos.

This was my first BEET ROOT POWDER experience and I enjoyed it ... the powder easily blended with my liquid of choice or smoothie ... the reddish color took some getting use to but after a couple of days I was good ... after about 3-4 days of taking the product I could notice a difference in how I felt ... a little more energy, excitement and clarity in my thinking which I will(my opinion) give credit to the oxidation & blood flow that are a by product of taking the BEET ROOT daily ... definitely recommend this product
