Great product and very good price for this quantity. I love it for increasing immune system function after an intense workout, especially if you can't get as much sleep as you'd like. I've noticed a difference in that application. As far as muscle growth, I haven't seen any difference but most experts say that a normal diet supplies enough for muscle development. It appears that muscle recovery may sometimes take too much of your glutamine from food away from immune system function though. Immune cells use glutamine as a major source of fuel so adding a bit through this supplement can help minimize immune decline after an intense workout day.

Do the research...Now is the effective, extensively tested, U.S. made, pure and priced right.
If you do your research, you can't beat Now products. Made in the U.S., extensive testing, pure. You can be sure you are getting the product you need and have paid for vs. a foreign made bottle of who knows what. I take a heaping teaspoon with a scoop of Now whey protein within an hour of working out and again before bed and have little to no soreness from tough workouts.

Great for what I bought it for
Bought to help with digestive issues. Seems to work well. There is no smell or taste to it in my opinion and blends well in cold or hot liquid.

I like that a lot of the Now product line is vegan and supposedly GMP tested and held to standards...and..., The price was a range I was looking for at the moment.

Aids in dementia-related pressure ulcer treatment.
This product is used as a supplement to a treat advanced stage dementia-related pressure ulcers. It is added to homemade smoothies, oatmeal, etc. It shortens healing time, but other supplements- vitamin c and iron are used. Protein is increased as well. Healing time for staged IV pressure ulcer on foot is about 6-8 weeks. The use is in home care and not nursing homes.

Nice!
Nice product. Tasteless. I drink with lemon juice, stevia and water - it is a nice lemonade.

Packaging is horrendous
The instructions are obstructed by the placement of a sticker. The bottle itself is sealed like Fort Knox. Do you even know what neuropathy is? I could not access this product for use until my husband got home. Not user friendly at all.
