Very happy with this purchase, does just as advertised. Great for texturing food for my infant son! Not too sharp but sharp enough!

Very sharp, handle with care when using on round vegies that could slip way when pressing down. I use it most frequently for carrots and cucumbers.

How I wish this crinkle wavy chopper knife is SHARPER and show MORE CRINKLE WAVY would be fantastic! It cuts through flour dough sturdy well but with SHALLOW CRINKLE WAVY SHAPE, and it is stainless steel and easy to clean, good quality knife-But NOT as sharp to cut vegetable clean cut and SHALLOW crinkle wavy shape for decoration IS disappointing-That is the reason why I take off one star- I am not a mean person and with generosity I would love to give more stars; but, and how I wish......

I really like that this knife is stainless steel, is sturdy, and is really sharp. I had wanted a larger crinkle cut so I will be looking fo another that is more pronounced. But this is really great and will be used too.

The handle on my unit easily comes off to the point I just hold onto the blade to cut potatoes. Other than the handle problem it does cut well and is easy to clean.

This crinkle knife is perfect for dressing up the appearance of homemade salads; and, the “crinkles” hold the homemade salad dressing better by increasing the surface area of the cut veggie.

I love the idea of this knife, but it has a few issues. Where the blade meets the handle bridge there are gaps, does not seem hygenic. Also the handle will turn while in use.
