Blue Diamond Almonds, Toasted Coconut, 6 Ounce

I was unsure whether to expect a crunchy toasted coconut candy coating when I ordered these almonds, particularly when sugar, brown sugar and corn maltodextrin are listed right after “almonds” on the ingredient list. But, there is no heavy coating, just a light powder that is subtle and reasonably replicates the toasted almond flavor.For people that might find this to be an issue, note that the product does contain stevia extract. Considering all the sweeteners, it would be reasonable to assume that the product is very sweet, but it is not. There are only three grams of sugar per one ounce serving (28 nuts) which results in almonds that are lightly sweet and slightly salty (sodium 35mg).Calories are 160 per serving but less than an ounce is often enough to satisfy. As soon as I opened the can I chopped some up to top hot fudge sundaes. They will be excellent stirred into plain yogurt for crunch or added to morning cereals both hot and cold. The nuts are tasty, there is no weird aftertaste and they work well with a number of different foods. The “best before” date on the can I received is 30 months in the future.

I was so happy to find these on Amazon. I love these coconut almonds. Oddly, I am not a huge fan of coconut. I don't eat actual coconut, but I like some things that are coconut flavored. These have a slightly sweet, perfect-not-overpowering coconut flavor. They are just delicious. I used to be able to find them in several retail stores, and now I can't find them anywhere. So coming across them on Amazon made me happy. They were very, very fresh. A nice and nutritious snack.

These are amazing. The coconut flavor is perfect, the almonds are fresh, not salty, slightly sweet and have a light coating without being covered in candy. These are absolutely delicious and a flavorful change of pace to snack on. They taste exactly like the Let's Do Organic coconut flakes.I did a 50-50 mix of these and the cocoa almonds and they vanished instantly.

I love almonds and I love coconut so when I saw these... it was ON! I don't know how I didn't devour the whole thing at one time but I managed to make it last several days but I totally could've eaten the whole thing at once. It was almost like eating an almond joy without the chocolate. Of course that makes me thing these might be a good topping on chocolate ice cream ... These are my new go to healthy snack.

If you like the toasted coconut flavor then you will love these almonds! So delicious and a healthy option. The flavor really stands out. Tastes wonderful in Greek yogurt and cereal, or just by itself. Good job Blue Diamond👏🏻

Absolutely amazing flavor, very sweet without coming across like icing or some other overbearing sweetness. Price should be lower for 6 ounces, they barely lasted past two sessions.

U.S., Grown Almonds! Super flavor, not too sweet. I regularly buy all the BLUE Diamond Almond products, as they have a flavor for just about any event or "hanker!" I also buy the larger bags of Blue Diamond to share with the office, not just at home. I think for the sweet side, the Coconut is the best of the Blue Diamond line. Buy-em and Eat-em!

I would buy 10 is I could but all I got was one and now they are unavailable. If you like toasted coconut flavor these are really yummy.
