The difference in a CF 130 and CF230 is foot size. Are these much better than the $10 insoles you can buy?

100% I am convinced wearing these insoles in all my shoes/boots/slippers have saved me from knee surgery. I also have low arches and these give me lots of good support. No pain in the last 10 years that I have been buying them. I go to Meijer/Walmart and use the machine to get the correct ones. One pair can last me over 2 years! Usually my footwear wears out before these do. I have tried the cheaper insoles and they did not work for me. Good luck!

At walmart tried the comfort fit three times giving me three different cf 130, cf 230, cf440 what does this mean?

I stepped on the machine at Walmart too and the first time I didnt place my feet in the required area so I made sure I did the second time. I did get a different reading so I did it a 3rd time and it came out the same as the 2nd time so I went with that size and I love mime!
