What does it do actually?

I was recommended this product to help with symptoms of fibromyalgia. It tastes awful but to be honest, it didnt help at all. I didnt go into the ins and outs of product and science behind it but i would look at all of the reviews before purchasing. Took for 4 weeks and binned it.

I’m worried about reviews stating this product is fake...can anyone offer assurances of its authenticity, please?
