Everyone knows your bras eventually get old and so worn that they feel uncomfortable. I hadn't bought new bras in years, so I decided to invest in some. Since many bras are expensive, I try to get as many years out of them as possible, but eventually, they become unusable. I remember seeing Playtex bras some time ago and searching for them. I've used them for years, but like I said, I don't buy bras often. I prefer bras with padded shoulders because they feel much more comfortable, so I wanted this one. I was happy to see they were on sale when I bought them. This Playtex bra is an 18-hour style designed to lift and support all day. It doesn't have an underwire but features padding on the shoulder straps. There are three hooks for each of the three closure options, totaling nine hooks, allowing a couple of inches for adjustment. Because there are three hooks per section, I find it more secure when I fasten them. I bought the nude color, which suits many skin tones and blends in naturally. After receiving the the nude ones, I saw some more which were four dollars cheaper and they were white, so I bought some of those too because I like how they feel. I like that they fit well, the straps are padded and comfortable, and the design is attractive. These are priced very reasonably; buying directly from Playtex costs about twice as much. The instructions are to machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. They are made in El Salvador from 81% nylon and 19% spandex (cup and center belt) and 92% nylon and 8% spandex (back). I always put my bras in lingerie bags and hang them to dry after washing them in the washing machine, which helps them last longer. Using a lingerie bag prevents them from twisting around other clothing during laundry. For sizing, they are true to size, so if you buy your regular size, they should fit well and be comfortable. I really like this bra because I feel it provides excellent support. I like this bra and ordered several. I opted for the 18-hour style because I can just put it on and forget I'm wearing one. Sometimes I work long hours, and it’s nice not to worry about how I feel in my clothing. If you've seen those expensive bra ads, I think this is a much better deal—you get comfort and support without the cost. these are my reasons for highly recommend this bra.

These bras are the best for support and comfort. They come in many different colors. I have had trouble finding them in stores, and finding them in the right size is almost impossible. These bras are comfortable without looking matronly. It has 3 hooks in the back, not 5. This bra actually lifts and separates and stays in place even when you bend over.

Good sturdy bra. I don't like that the band around my waist crinkle up at times. It's snug when I put it on and fits good but as the day goes by the weight causes the bra to slide and roll under my breast. If I ordered a smaller size it would be too tight. I will look for a different style. I believe this product is of good quality and would work for some. It serves the purpose.

I found this bra to be fantastic support. The band is a bit tight. I measured 39 and bought 40, and it only fastened at the last clips. Had hoped it would at least be the middle ones. The straps are nice and wide and provide good support without cutting into my shoulders as I’ve had with different and cheaper brands. Though found this to still be pretty good value. The only thing I don’t understand, why is this made to require handwashing???? I tried a different bra that seemed similar, so it could be machine washed, but that was a horrible bra.

Loves these i have bought several over the years good fit. I used to wear under wires and hated them then I switched to these. Very good support

Thanks to medication side effects, I gained weight over the course of a few years, and my chest size grew from a 36B to a 38D. Since then I’ve primarily worn very oversized T-shirts and sweatshirts to hide my chest size, and additionally wore an extremely compressing sports bra to hide it as much as possible. I felt that my chest was too big for the rest of my body and didn’t recognize myself in tighter clothes. I came across this bra after looking up the best bras for large chests without an underwire, as I find those so uncomfortable and they tend to push my chest up even more. I didn’t have high hopes when I ordered these, but they were relatively inexpensive and I figured they couldn’t possibly make me MORE uncomfortable. And I was so right. This bra is so soft, so supportive, easily fitted to my chest without being too tight and leaving red marks when I take it off. But more than that, it shapes my chest in the most flattering way. I don’t feel like I’m exposed when I wear these; instead, I feel like my chest is properly supported and defined without looking like I’m wearing a push-up bra at all times. I wore a skin-tight shirt today for the first time in a long time, and I loved the way I looked. I took selfies in a mirror, which I haven’t done in years. I truly didn’t expect to get such an amazing experience out of this bra, but I can’t sing its praises loud enough. Excellent value, almost too good to be true. I’ll never wear another bra again for as long as these are around.

Okie, I want soooooo bad to give this a solid 5 out of 5 stars. It's perilously close to being a 5 out of 5 star bra...but there are a few things that miffed me and made me dock a star. The first being, I measured once, I measured twice, I followed all of the online fitting instructions and purchased a bra that was "my size"by their measurement requirements....except the cups were too big. Agghh. Not a LOT too big, just enough so that the fabric of the cups creased a bit and when wearing a thin tank or t-shirt and you were looking hard at my chest (mind you no one but my husband better be doing that and he was a kind and willing bra purchase assistant) you could see the wrinkled surface of the bra top. It kind of gave the illusion that it was REALLY COLD... *ahem* the ladies know what I'm talking about. I was annoyed at this as the bra says it 's my regular size, I did their measurements to confirm I was buying "my size"in their brand as it was my first playtex branded bra, and it was in fact NOT the right size. But it was bloody frigging comfortable. What a problem to have eh? Seriously, this is a VERY comfortable bra. Also it's the very first bra I have worn, with the exception of exercise ones, where the bra straps don't creep down my shoulders. I always just figured I have narrow shoulder with or roundy shoulders or not enough shoulder hump or low tolerance for tight bra straps..I dunno, but bra strap creep down is so common I hardly noticed any more. So after the slightly baggy cups, the supreme overall comfort I washed and wore it for the day and was thrilled to realize it doesn't creep down the arms! Nice! So I kept this bra and hoped it would tighten up in the cups a wee micro bit upon washing, which it actually did..just a micro bit...not enough to depend on I think...but for me it was enough to feel satisfied. It's certainly not a "too big bra" just...a little loose..aggh I dunno.. Anyways I was so pleased over all I ordered the same one in one cup size smaller and lo and behold PERFECTION!!!!! I was very happy at this point as I figure I have found my every day wear dream bra. Being that it fulfills all these requirements: Affordable. Pretty-ish. Supportive. NO UNDER WIRES. Now comes my other gripe. I want one in black. Do you think I can find one in my size in black? Either it's a bra conspiracy or like literally most of the playtex bra consumers have the exact same bra size and you all have my black bras (I am joking, sort of...ha ha...but seriously) I looked on Amazon. I looked on their own website. I looked in Walmart, on Walmart's website on some other competing big box type department store websites...WHERE IS MY SIZE IN BLACK? Yes it's a first world problem but I feel quite frustrated. I find what I think of as the "perfect bra"(once I figured out my true size) and now I have 2 colour choices, nude or white. I live in the desert, strappy tank tops are the uniform of life for like 10 months of the year. Black and dark tabk tops are excellent livable choices in a hot, dusty, sweat inducing environment. I don't mind my bra straps showing under/beside my tank top straps but it would be nice if they were black. Or at least that dark blue (also not available in my size) I know it's not a big deal but ...it is sort of a big deal. I find what I want, this is what they do, they make bras and underwear and whatnot and apparently just sell out of a popular size and don't restock? I tried another brand since I discovered the lack of black bra in my size...and it's horrible in comparison. I tried other versions of Playtex bras in black one was horrible, scratchy, stiff nasty...I couldn't believe it was the same brand as this bra. I found a passable bra. Somewhere in between horrible and amazing, also by playtex... I hope to find they re-stock my size in black soon. Anyways, so I'll boil it down to a shorthand review in case you're a skimmer. Sizing is unpredictable as the cups run loose. Limited colours in some sizes.

use to wear 18 hr playtex then I went for professional fitting. Whatever I tried the clerk was not satisfied so she put me in a Warner bra with bone in. I was happy with it but this bra is so wonderful. The wider strap, no bone sticking inside your arm when they get older. It is a perfect fit, very comfy and just as supportive

Bin absolut zufrieden. Super bequem und sitzt tadellos. Material auch nach mehrmaligen waschen wie neu. Ich werde mir wohl noch ein paar mehr davon zulegen.
